Tejas PV-1 takes to air after 10 Months

Last time PV-1 took of was in 2nd August 2006 and later it quietly went for upgrades in its ADA Hangar and now after almost 10 months on 18th May 2007 it took its 134th flight to air ,but now it All weather capable fighter ,it as been upgraded in its avionics and software ,it will also be the first Tejas to take first night sortie within few months ,it will also be the first Tejas to fly with Two drop tanks in few months ,which will give the aircraft more flight endurance , there is speculation that PV-1 might have been integrated with Israeli 2032 Radar ,and will help in speeding up the process for Tejas to reach IOC by 2008 ,it will also help in weaponisation of the Tejas ,PV-1 first took to air in 25 November 2003 ,Pv-1 airframe was built keeping in mind the Kaveri Engine which was slated to be ready by the time Pv-1 takes to air but it later it had to take to air using American F-404 engine in 2003 ,but Pv-1 still as 350kg more weight when compared to other Tejas Production aircraft which took to air (Tejas PV-2/3 ) ,now all eyes are at the first night sortie by Pv-1 which is speculated to be taken by June or July
